  • That's the 3 week stall, it's notorious and you should probably just keep off that scale for a couple weeks to not drive yourself nuts!

OMG, Elode thank you. I thought I was doing something wrong while actually following the list. Protein first, getting liquids, and finally found vitamins that didn't make me vomit.

Missylady what vitamins did you find? I keep vomiting up every brand I try. I am also starting my third week post-op.

Brace yourself because this is just the first of many :) The stalls come and go. Just do what @@Elode said and stay off of the scale! If you stay on track and follow your plan, the scale WILL move. Best of luck to you!

Yeah, I'm in another stall. I hate it. Lol, but it shall move hopefully

I've taken the Centrum and like them a lot but they don't have Iron. What r you doing for iron?

The Centrum chewables I take (2 a day) have 70% of Iron in total. Which one's are you taking? Just want to make sure I don't take the ones you do, in the future.

I am right there with u has sx 8/18 and I'm only down 24 pnds..and that has the first 2 weeks..I'm not eating 1/3rd of what I used too why am I not dropping a pound starting to get disguisted..

At the 3 week mark I found myself up 2 lbs and the scale just stayed there for a couple days. I got frustrated but I remembered everything I had read on here about the stall and distanced myself from the scale. Today marks 4 weeks since surgery so I decided to get back on. I lost the 2 I put back on and then another 3. Just stick with your plan and everything will fall into place. Don't beat yourself up about it.
