  3. Centrum have a chewable vitamin that is working for me. Tgat aee very small and was on my list. Citracal have a gummy one.
  4. OMG, Elode thank you. I thought I was doing something wrong while actually following the list. Protein first, getting liquids, and finally found vitamins that didn't make me vomit.
  5. I am 3 weeks post-op and this week I have been getting more food in. I know I get all my Protein, Vitamins and most of my liquids in. Would did cause your weight to stall? 2 weeks out I lost 23 pounds. This week nothing

  8. I had the sleeve 3 weeks ago. And I am tired all the time. Was anyone of you fatigued all the time and what did you do?

  11. Wow, my surgeon gave us chewable vitamin and caltrate for after the first week. But they gave us a list of vitamins we can try if we didn't like them. And Flintstones are ones we can use if they are too strong
  12. I started with celebrate and they made me vomit.
  13. The first time I took my chewable vitamins I puked. I felt miserable. Thank God my doctor gave us zofran for nausea
  14. I was told they are the thing to go, and I'm almost 3 weeks out and they are shrinking
  15. It was pretty fast for me. My insurance covered it and I work at the hospital.
