  5. Hi Rose, i just celebrated my 3 year surgiversary yesterday and it's truly the best thing I've ever done for myself. Honestly i forget all the time that i had it done until it comes time to eat lol. Yes forever is a long time but it just becomes your way of life. You get used to eating smaller amounts and it just becomes your new norm. My sleeve still does exactly what it's supposed to and restricts me to about 2 cups of food or less in 1 sitting depending on the foods. Im also still very diligent about what i put in my mouth and i still have not gone back to drinking soda.

  7. I love cutting up a half a banana, chopping up just a few raw mixed nuts and drizzling some almond butter over it. You can even add a sprinkle of cinnamon. All clean eating foods and very satisfying of you have a sweet craving

  21. Hi i got 6 weeks of short term disability and i used it. I have a very physically demanding job and i needed every bit of it. If you get it i recommend using as much time as they will give you, sup you can take your time healing and really be able to focus on yourself. Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  22. I did not have a pre op diet and i did just fine, 8 months out and down 92 pounds. I did not start taking my Vitamins before surgery but a few after.
