Missylady what vitamins did you find? I keep vomiting up every brand I try. I am also starting my third week post-op.

Glad to hear this. I'm at the stall as well, ANDI was given a steroid shot for bronchitis. I don't expect to lose any thing this week, but I'm still religious about the post op diet...

I've lost exactly one pound as well.

Centrum have a chewable vitamin that is working for me. Tgat aee very small and was on my list. Citracal have a gummy one.

I've taken the Centrum and like them a lot but they don't have iron. What r you doing for iron?

Brace yourself because this is just the first of many :) The stalls come and go. Just do what @@Elode said and stay off of the scale! If you stay on track and follow your plan, the scale WILL move. Best of luck to you!

I am in my 3rd week also....and yup, I stalled! It's also my time of the month, so I doubt that's helping much either....nothing to do but follow doctor's orders and hope this stall ends soon!

I'm at a stall too at 3 weeks out SMH but I'm going to try to stay off the scale it's truly driving me crazy

Hi choosehope, I see you asked what iron are you using? My nurse from post op recommended to take slow FE iron,..

It's time release that said it's easy to digest. I just make sure I take a few hours after I take my evening vitamins, calcium,

Because I heard with calcium so especially it will make the tummy upset.

Emily9654,

Thanks! I've used that before and handled it okay. I wonder if bypass patients can use it since it is time release. Anyone know?

Count me in as undergoing the 3 week stall.
