Every Bariatric plan is different, but I think they all have some basic elements such as daily water intake and the amount of protein required daily. The food intake and choices would make my Dietition/Nutrionist very pleased!

That early out the fish would have filled me up. I wouldn't have had room for the greens or sweet potatoes. Eat slowly and you will start to be able to tell when you have reached your limit.

My first soft meal was refried beans and cheese. I loved that! That was my go to for a long time.
