Plain protein powder

Can anyone suggest a good protein powder I can add little to my soft foods that I am having during post op diet? I hope to not change the flavor of those foods too much by adding the powder. Any suggestions or advice?

I like the Jarrow! I use it daily in my yogurt and it doesn't change the taste much at all

I tried it in my coffee this morning and it was fine. Definitely can't use a full scoop on one cup though! ????

Isopure and GENEPRO both have unflavored varieties. I use Isopure. It's not 100% flavorless, not are. It's just there are no added flavorings and sugars. it's just pure 100% whey isolates. For me the taste is minimal. I add it too coffee, tea, Soups, yogurts, etc.....

If you buy it, keep your receipt. If you don't like it you can return the unused portion.

Thanks for the suggestion! Just trying to get in some extra ways of protein during my post op recovery meals

I really like Now whey protein isolate. I order it on amazon. It dissolves really well. I mix it with water and the crystal light packets

I have Jarrow and it works well for me! I kind of like it, even though it doesn't have much taste

Any other suggestions on how yall use the powder?

I add mine to my Greek yogurt to get extra protein which equals about 15gms with 2oz yogurt and half scoop protein powder. Plus it is really good with some raspberries or bananas added

Pretty much everything. Added to yogurt and mix ins of choice for morning protein drink, mixed with cold yogurt for an extra protein punch. Added to coffee or tea and added to soups or broth.

I'm also looking for unflavored ideas...I bought the NOW Pea Protein from Amazon...NEVER GET THIS...it is NASTY and makes everything you put it in NASTY! lol

Yea the now pea protein is awful. The whey protein is pretty good though. It mixes really well

I have tried a few "flavorless" brands and they still had the flavor....but. I did find one that is flavorless. I'm so super picky. This is the one I can add to anything without flavor change. It's called Bipro

This recipe, using any sugar free Jello you like + Isopure unflavored makes for an amazing dessert that is basically 100% Protein -
