I was allowed eggs during purée but they made me sick till about 4-5 months out. I still can only eat maybe one, often less than one.

I couldn't eat a whole egg when I started out. Maybe 2/3 of an egg. I still can't eat 2 eggs and I am over 2 years post-op.

I can eat 1and a half.

What quantity did you start with? 1 or 2 eggs? Not sure what will fit but curious what others eat.

One scrambled really soft to an almost custard consistency with a bit of Greek yogurt & shredded cheese mixed in. The first one took me nearly an hour to eat.
