On my way

Hey everyone, I'm at the airport waiting to board my flight to TJ. I'll get there today and then surgery tomorrow. I'm a little nervous but mostly excited to start my new journey. Wish me luck!

Hey everyone. I had surgery on Saturday and everything went well. I feel much better now although I'm still dealing with a little gas, but nothing walking won't help.

For those of you who are getting sleeved soon, good luck! Everything will go great.

Did you vomit?

No I didn't vomit at all, although I was nauseated off and on for about 24 hours after surgery. The nausea medicine helped so it wasn't too bad.

Now that I am a few days out I feel pretty good. I still have a little gas but it isn't bad or very uncomfortable. I was able to go shopping yesterday without any pain so I am moving aground just fine. I haven't felt any hunger although I feel as if I can eat (or drink since I am still on liquids) a bit more today. My incisions look great and I will be flying back home tomorrow.

Overall the entire experience has been better than I thought it would be. Good luck to everyone who is getting sleeved soon, or has recently bee not lee ended!

Thanks for the well wishes!

Seems like Dr. Ortiz is the man! I may use him if I have to go the TJ route. Best wishes to all!

Now that you are all on the other side, how is everyone feeling? Give us the good the bad and the ugly.
