Drinking water is hard for me

I'm doing everything right too! Everyone is different and you have to consider your metabolism and your starting weight. I have lost a ton of inches! I was in a size 14/16 and now size 10/11

I got my June 23 and have only lost 16. For 2 weeks I didn't lose anything. I weigh 196 I'm happy with the loss! I don't want to loose too fast , flabby skin!

No, but I can eat a whole Greek yogurt 6 oz all at once. Does anybody like this . I follow the diet, but never have pain. I feel full but it seems I get more fluids and foods in. I'm not trying to, I just noticed a difference in other peoples post.

I feel like I can eat too much and I'm 10 days post op. I can drink a whole protein shake fine , like normal. It's weird I do t feel such restriction as everyone else.

Same here I gained 10 pounds from water weight. I had my surgery June 23 and I'm still 1 pound heavier then I was for surgery. I've been healing fast I was shopping the second day. I think because I walk a lot I'm healing fast. I'm trying to get water and protein in, it's hard for me????. Every evening I reflect on my day trying to learn this new way of life.

No . I was only sick right after surgery Felt sick . I never threw up

Busylizzy you'll do great! And FYI bring gas-x! I just had my done by him on Tuesday. Didn't really sleep much in Tijuana, so I'm exhausted! But I'm doing fine I was shopping at the San Diego mall two days post op! Good luck!
