I'm going to order some now. Is it powder you put in broth? Is there a special way to mix it? You can use water or broth, I prefer it with broth.

I've heard of this too. Very interesting. I'd like to know. I don't have chubby feet so I wonder if mine will change.

I know what helped me was my dietician. Very affordable and only saw her once a month. Low carb is what I did.
