Insurance, nerves, & more

This is my firs post here! Hey you guys!!

So I have my surgery scheduled for June 11 and I'm extremely nervous about the insurance approval part. I have qualcare insurance and I'll be having it done in NJ .

My insurance has required me to do a sixth month nutritional visit thing. However in those six months my weight has fluctuated 5-6 lbs (gain and loss). The doctors office has told me that they are going to encounter issues with my insurance because of that. So I'm sort of freaking out because then all of this waiting and work would have been for nothing. M

Has anyone had a similar experience?
