CONGRATS! This makes me nervous because day of your surgery I start my two week diet it's coming so fast

I am now a week and 3 days into my pre op diet and its not as bad as i thought, 2 shakes a day and 4 oz of protien and sugar free jello and sf pudding for snacks thats it. And i love crystal light so(: but yeah ive lost 17lbs so far, i do miss my sweet cravings from time to time but i brush them off and move on! Halfto stay focussed its getting closer and closer!!!! Im pumped!!!

Aww thats cool that were all around the same time i hope the diet gets better for everyone! Its just a lifestyle change that you halfto walk into with the most willpower ya know? Its not easy but you halfto keep thinking of the end rusult!!!
