Just wondering if anyone has had an experience with Dr. Kelly in Tiajuana. I live in san diego and going to a doctor in TJ would be so convenient but i am not sure if he is the best one. Has anyone heard of any good or bad reviews on him? Can anyone recommend anyone else in TJ, if not Dr. Kelly? Thank you for your help.

Well, I will give a big endorsement for Dr. Ariel Ortiz at OCC, since that's where I had my surgery and it was great. There are MANY fantastic surgeons and facilities in TJ, so do your research. The Mexico & Self-Pay sub-forums are a great place to start. As many many people post there with their experiences and the results of their own research.

I'm scheduled with Dr. Kelly on the 22ed. I can tell you more then. I'm in health care and he had some criteria that i liked, I also chose the option for the Angeles hospital. I know it was more but didn't want to cheap out on my life since i'm saving that much over us self pay.

Haven't heard anything good about doctor kelly. I like that he operates in a hospital but I found lower cost people with better reputations that also use a hospital and not a clinic.
