Hi everyone! Yesterday I had my first fill and there is now a huge black and blue and almost looks like a blood vessel was hit....no pain no problems with eating and drinking but is this normal?!? Thanks for the help

You mean by the port? No, that has never happened to me! In your shoes, I would phone the doctor/nurse although I am sure there is nothing to worry about,

Do you typically bruise easily? If you are concerned, I'd call your Doc.

I've had this -- I bruise easily and my pants were hitting in the wrong place. Also I always ask for paper tape. Good luck with all -- you are on your way now. Exciting times!
