Had my 2 month post op with surgeon today. Down 51 lbs - Yay! All my blood work came back awesome. Protein was spot on, B-12, D3, iron, calcium, etc were all in check. He couldn't be happier. Told me my insides should be healed and that my outside entries looked excellent as you can barely tell I was even cut. I go back to NUT next week when she's probably going to raise my calories. Already getting 70-75g of protein per day staying in the 500-600 calorie range. Only thing I haven't been able to do is exercise. Going to an orthopedic doctor 7/7 to go over Xrays that were taken of my right shoulder and knee which are both killing me. Other than that I'm full of energy, in the pool most days and just loving life. I hope everyone else is doing great :)

Definitely getting at least 64oz water daily. At least 60g protein too. I got sick of protein shakes, So I add a scoop of genepro to my morning yogurt, I buy the Chobani Flips, they're soo good!!

Lunch is usually some type protein, sometimes as simple as cottage cheese with fruit, or chili. I sometimes buy a grilled chicken wrap from Wendy's and just scrape out the insides and eat it without the tortilla.

I also use Pure Protein, protein bars. Higher protein and low sugar.

I usually eat 3-4 times daily, sometimes a snack of cashews.

I wish I could have nuts, but was told not to. Keep up the great work!!

I've had nuts, but only cashews. They're more "buttery" than most nuts so when you chew them there's hardly any crunch left. I eat them with cheese to keep things soft. It's technically a "no-no" for me also but sometimes I need something small to take a headache or craving away. Sometimes I need some crunch, soft foods can get really boring.

I eat nuts and cheese every day.The Oscar Mayer P3 packs and Sargento Breaks packs are great.;

Hi everyone

I had my surgery 04/03/15 SW 283 CW is 222 lbs. I go to the doctor Aug 5th hoping to make to the teens by then. I was on a stall for a while. The weight loss kick back in. Went from s 26/28 to a.size.. 20. I'm happy .

Surgery date 4/27/15

SW 211

CW 179

Had a really long stall weeks 3-6ish. Now losing 2lbs per week. I eat 800-900 calories per day. Protein is in the70-90 range. I rarely get 64 ounces of water in...but try again every day and am getting closer! Need to Excercise more for sure, just walking/jogging now.

Try the gallon of water challenge.

Buy a gallon, write w a sharpie the tike you wake up and every our after till you go to bed down the whole side of it, once the hour comes drink that amount. It really helps... It's a mental thing. I bet you'll get tons of water in then!
