  3. @@lauraellen80 I do mugshot pics every 30 days! It really helps keep me motivated even when the scales let me down!!
  4. I am reading so many posts about heavy periods and I was starting to panic. I usually have pretty regular monthly periods which are heavy and last 6-7 days. Had one that ended the day before surgery date of 4/27 and nothing since! Between the bloating and my constipation issues I am a backache and bloated mess! Noted two posts with no period so that is making me less worried but still no relief from symptoms!
