  1. 174.... sad, sad, sad.
  2. 172.... ugh. Just up and down the same 3 pounds for over a month. Need to change something up!
  3. 170.... up and down the same 2 pounds all week.
  4. Count me in! 169 now and new goal 155
  5. I am just over 4 months out from band-to-sleeve revision and I have lost 41 pounds. I think you look great! We just need to stay focused and be patient. Imagine the pic you will post 8 months from now!! Time flys!! Good luck!!
  6. My surgery was end of April. Among my April buddies some of us are experiencing the same thing in month 4. I am watching my protein, water and making sure bad habits haven't slipped in there, but kind of thinking my body is just trying to catch up to what I am doing to it. My scale did begin moving again a few days ago but then bloating from period today
  7. Should have posted yesterday morning when I was apparently lighter. Period, blah! 174.
  8. Your story rang true with me. I don't regret my band bc it got me healthy.... but sooo glad to be sleeved now
  9. Everything happens for a reason. You are blessed to have your child. My son is the reason I keep going.. like you, I want to be my best for him (not a mode, just MY best). Good luck!!!!

  11. 174... ahhh finally headed back in the right direction. Labor Day goal may be a fail, but I feel better!
  12. 176 ugh! I did nothing for ME this week. Getting kiddo ready for back-to-school. Ready for routine again!!!
  13. @@AlanaRN I know you will meet goal by one year! Great progress so far!!
  14. What is so interesting to me is that when I look over the chart, we are all losing roughly 2-3 pounds per week. Yes, some gain, or stay the same based on stalls and other factors. But overall, it makes me feel like we aren't "slow losers" we are just on the path of weightloss. Based on my numbers, I should meet the goal I set for the challenge... but what is awesome is that I know I will get there eventually. This challenge was just what I needed!!!
  15. Amazing weightloss! I was a band to sleeve revision on 4/27/15 and have went from 211 down to 174.... so u are doing awesome in my book! It is hard for some ppl to take off the fat suit mentally. I agree with previous reply. ... buy an outfit that truly fits and take a picture. Look at it over and over, remind yourself that this thin person has been there all along!!!
  16. Just an update... after waiting 3 months post op and having a mild 4 day one (so much better than preop), I can report that my 2nd period just came 28 days like clockwork! So now let's see if it is gonna be 4 days and average or 7 days and heavy like the old me!!!
  17. I have tried a spandex style tank top... but I feel like a sausage and like it maybe makes it more pronunced. Maybe I will take a pic of same outfit with and without it?
