  1. My NUT says chobani is fine, she always says check how many grams of sugar, 5 or under is goal, but if more, then check the ingredient list. If it lists actual sugar or any of the artificial sugar words(usually end in -ose) don't do it, but if it's natural sugars like from milk, etc. I'm fine. I've been enjoying Chobani ever since my surgery, 6 mos out and 82lbs down, I especially love the Chobani flips!! The pumpkin one is to die for!!

  9. I'm in a dreaded stall as well, all of August been around the same 2-3 lbs range up and down. I think I need to go back to basics and jolt my system back into losing. Was very excited when I could add new foods to my diet, but then it seems the losing stopped. Need to focus!!! Have about 40lbs to go to goal!!! SW: 250 CW: 177 Surgery date: 4/20

  17. Drives me crazy when people think it's "the easy way out". It is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do in my life, changing everything about the way you eat, what you eat, what you do everyday is hard!! Hopefully he comes around!!
  18. I also had a hard time with liquids, like cold water, try room temperature or even a little lukewarm. It worked for me. I'm now about 3 months out and can do cold water.
  19. SW 250 on 4/20 CW 185
  20. Well I chew the nuts till they're basically cashew butter!! Lol!
  21. Definitely getting at least 64oz water daily. At least 60g protein too. I got sick of protein shakes, So I add a scoop of genepro to my morning yogurt, I buy the Chobani Flips, they're soo good!! Lunch is usually some type protein, sometimes as simple as cottage cheese with fruit, or chili. I sometimes buy a grilled chicken wrap from Wendy's and just scrape out the insides and eat it without the tortilla. I also use Pure Protein, protein bars. Higher protein and low sugar. I usually eat 3-4 times daily, sometimes a snack of cashews.
  22. Hit Onederland last week!! Now down to 194!!!! SW: 250 on 4/20
