  1. You're doing great! I'm not losing that fast ???????????? 27 since 7/30/15. Hi @@tcon, your doing great honey! Everyone loses at the it own pace... I've been having many stalls and I thinks it's bc I lose a ton and body is trying to catch up. Two months and 27 lbs that's great work.

  5. Going thru some old photos from last fall to the picture on the right which was y'day. Can't wait for these last 30lbs to come off!
  6. Absolutely beautiful!! May I ask what are your stats? How long did it take you? Thank you. I started at 267, I am now 142 ish. From a size 22 jeans to a 6/8 jeans, my tops were 2xl, and I am now a size small top sometimes extra small tops, I still can't believe it. I had my surgery on May 31, 2013. It took my 10 months to lose all my weight. I had 800 calories, and worked out/ walked 5 times a week. Didn't cheat, and eat extremely well. I hope that helps. If you have anymore questions please let me know. Thank you for responding. Sorry been off for a few days. I'm so impressed with your stats and what a beautiful transformation. Congratulations. I hope to be there soon. 10 weeks out so far.

  8. looking great..have you been on a steady downward slope or did you have any plateaus? Is 57 lbs with preop diet or just since surgery? Thank you @DreamsComeTrue15. 12 lbs was during the week before surgery preop diet and the rest during. I've hit two stalls. The first was at about 3 weeks exactly. It lasted me about two weeks. The second one I have just finished and lasted me THREE weeks, yuppp three weeks... Smh. It sucked. I was beginning to think maybe I've just hit where my body is comfortable with. I was so afraid that I wasn't going to meet my goal of (125) and I wasted time, money and surgery for nothing. But I remembered my surgeons advice telling me, if you get into a stall, boost your Protein by 20+ grams and add exercises to your routine mix it up you'll be out of it... Did it for two days and now I am a believer that you must mix up your norm. I lost two lbs just by doing that. Starting weight, 240's Sugery Date, 228 Today, 183 GOAL, 125 (never been in my adult life). Age, 30 5' 3/4" Beautiful!! Great job.
  9. 9 weeks out, 57 lbs down!
  10. You look phenomenal!! How long has this taken you for amazing results?!
  11. Tbh I love your question bc I believe your correct!! Due to my pregnancies my muscles stretched. Badly. That being said, I also overall had about 85-100 lbs extra to lose... Depending on how you look at my weight. I since delivering two years ago, had a six month pregnant look. Everything else looked OK. Now that I've been losing the weight since my surgery, my belly had gone down drastically and bc I have extra skin. Not a ton but will definitely need a panni or abdominoplasty my belly button looks slightly lower, not crazy or anything but I believe it's because I'm losing so much in the mid section. I think I will try taking my measurements, I've never done that.
  12. @@valkyrie88 girl my emotions are crazy right now bc your comment just made me cry LOL thank you. I appreciate it. I can't remember the last time I heard that. Thank you ❤
