My scale has gone down every day after surgery I stepped on it today after day 10 and it did not and I barely had much to drink the day before. I drank about 8 ounces total thru-out the day of Activia drinkable yogurt, it does have a bit more of the carbs and sugar's then I would normally intake, but I barely had any protein that day so I figured I would be okay. I know it sounds ridiculous to be upset but I feel like I'm literally drinking nothing other then sips.
