  • So far waiting for my surgery, they took blood, I peed in a cup, I have my IV. The clinic is small but very efficient. Everyone is so nice.

  • Anyone interested in having surgery, this is the best place, hands down. Everything is NEW! It is right next to the plastic surgeon, Dr. Victor Gutierrez, and I hear he is the best plastic surgeon

@@cmhueto Great advice. I'm getting a passcard if possible. Don't want to hold anyone up crossing the border. My local post office doesn't have an appointment available til middle of May though so looking at other locations.

Thank you @@cmhueto I will bring along a passport

Oh yea quick questions for you ladies. Dr arellano, for my pre op diet is having me do only low carbs and taking a vitamin c from now up until my surgery. I'm thinking of just doing one week of liquids any way to get used to it. Maybe since I don't drink or smoke he feels I didn't need a pre liquid diet...does anyone have the same pre op diet as me ???

I was also told low carbs/high protein. Vitamins weren't mentioned. I don't drink or smoke either. When are you scheduled for?

I only had to do one day of clear liquids.

That is info they gave me 7 day high protein low carb and fast 8 hours before surgery.. I am sending deposit next week gonna set up for July 20 I'm super excited ready to get this started.... My dad wants go go with me I think he is more nervous than I am

They quoted me $300'for deposit

My deposit was $300 also. I've already paid it and scheduled with Dr. M on June 2nd. Planning to go alone.

Before it was only 250 for the deposit

Mine was $300, but either way, it's refundable and part is total cost. I guess I'm going now in June, sometime from the 11-15. Anyone else going there at that time in this forum?

I'm not getting much in response from them. My guess is Ruben does it all and he can't handle it. Took 24 hours to get a response. Then no follow up email as promised. I want this scheduled 5/19 so I need to get on it

Yes Ruben is the only one I have corresponded with. I usually receive a response within 24 hours or less.

Does anybody know how it is when you bring a guest as far as if they stay with you the whole time and is there things that they can do close not having a car trying to find out some info for the person that is going with me

Ruben told me my sis couldn't stay the first night with me but the second night she could stay with be at recovery house for $40 cause they'd feed her and take care of her there too. :) for the first night they recommend a nearby hotel and I know there is a Starbucks nearby and a quick taxi ride to a museum and theater that has movies in English and mall.
