Are you going to the Obesity Control Center? I started this morning as it was a last minute scramble to get the funds together. I am home the next 2 weeks which is really hard for me not to eat all day when I am at home as I am a boredom eater so it will be rough.

No I'm going to blossom bariatrics in Vegas! I live in California. I too am home the next 2 weeks lol. I'm about to send an email to my center asking how critical it is because the last 2 days I have forgotten I was suppose to be on protein isolate.

I was originally scheduled for March 31, but found out today it's been postponed till April 9.....on the all liquid diet at the moment.....

Just got approved and surgery date is scheduled for April 21st excited scared

Hello everyone I am brand new to the forum and I am having a gastric sleeve surgery TOMORROW! I am feeling good about getting the surgery over with but a touch apprehensive about how difficult "eating" is going to be afterwards......also my surgeon is not sending me home with any pain meds .....ZERO I will be spending 2 days in the hospital but after that he says tylenol is all I'm allowed because he wants me to feel if anything is going wrong and he says pain meds could tempt me to eat things I shouldn't while healing.....any words of advice or encouragement would be great
