I'm scheduled for April 1! April fools Day? Yikes. Here's hoping my surgeon isn't a prankster and rearranges things so that my arm flies up every time I burp or something.

Good luck to all of you! I was sleeved almost one year ago on April 16, 2014. Best decision I ever made and easiest weight I've ever lost!!!! Good luck on your own journey! Xoxoxo

  • I'm done! Sleeved with a hernia repair (I had no indication that I needed one). Ever this is going well. Sips..check Broth....check, pain...mostly under control. Thank you Dr. Billing and all

I'm scheduled for April 14th in Mexico.

Anyone else getting it done in Mexico?

I am going to be in Mexico on April 25th...

I was originally scheduled for today, started my all liquid diet a week ago this past Sunday....was postponed till April 9th, stayed with all liquids, just didn't want to go thru those first few days again.....I'm finding it hard to sleep.....but not sure if it's nerves or the change in my diet.....looking forward to getting on with the next phase of this journey....and wearing a belt! Lol. Good luck April sleevers!! <3 :-)

April 6 for me!! 6 days to go!! I started pre-op diet on March 10, but wasn't required to start until March 23. I'm down 15 lbs. Pre-op has mostly been good but there have definitely been days when I felt hungry, angry and frustrated. But I haven't given up. Now I'm counting down!

Hi LoriNS,

I'm having similar issues. I've been on pre-op diet for a week now and I'm also having trouble sleeping. I don't know why?

I'm scheduled for April 8th.... Can't get here soon enough! LoL ????

I agree Liv2Ride.....just want the surgery over....good luck on Wed!

About sleeping.....maybe it's the drastic change in diet....no carbs.....hopefully it will get better as we get used to it!
