Didn't they give you a regimen of vitamins including B12?

Thank God for my monthly B-12 shot. I kept forgetting to take the sublingual tab.

B12 sub lingual along with OTC Vitamins every day. Plus, I do allow myself 2-3 cups of coffee every day. But I sleep less since surgery, I have more energy since surgery and I feel so much healthier since surgery.

I second the B-12 nomination. I find, however, that the sub-lingual variety makes me edgy and cranky. The timed-release ones last all day and keep me on an even keel. That and 3 cups of coffee throughout the day.

I drink a monster muscle every morning.

Love the chocolate with 25 grams of Protein.
