Stomach pain 4.5 months out?

Hi- at 4.5 months out, I feel very lucky to have had literally no problems and i've lost 102 lbs... 3 days ago I started to notice some lower abdominal pressure that I thought was maybe a little constipation. It has increased and my stomach is bloated, hard, and the pressure/pain kind of reminds me of how I felt in the first couple days post opp. Even moving around is uncomfortable...

Over the past few days ive gone back to soft foods, taken stool softeners, chia seed, flax seed, upped my water intake to about 150oz a day... ive had a couple of bowel movements that have been painful... sorry if this Is TMI but I thought there might be someone else on here that has been through something similar?

I would call your doctor to be safe.

Try a reflexologist!

Yes 9 was out and I am having the Sam problems, I find that prune juice helps some as Almond milk. Sometimes don't even want to eat again I just drink lots of water. I haven't done any walking so I figured that might be my problem.

Call your doctor. You could have a hernia. That happened to me at about same time post surgery. I waited and waited and ended up in emergency surgery.
