From what I've seen FAGE yogurt has the most Protein. For lots of recipes, check out the blog, The World According to Eggface.

  • Use Fage and add some sugar free pudding powder mix to it for flavor.

At 3 days out the focus is on getting in all the Protein and Fluid. Your nutritionist should have given you list of foods you can eat at this stage. I was on full liquids and could add a tsp of nut butter or pureed fruit to my yogurt.

I ate Noosa yogurt once I was cleared for that level of foods (about 2 weeks out from surgery). It has 14 grams of protein per container (8 oz.) and I've seen it at Kroger and Target now.

Use Fage and add some sugar free pudding powder mix to it for flavor.

I add Artificial Sweetener and Vanilla Extract to my Plain Yogurt and I think it tastes fine.

Just an added note your taste will start to change. So although you might not like something now. In a few weeks it might be more appealing. Wishing you happy healing
