I was sleeved on November 13th and so far everything has been pretty good. The one issue I'm having is I don't feel like I'm doing a very good job with my diet. The directions the nutritionist gave me to follow are kind of vague and don't really help me plan my day well, so most times I feel like I'm winging it. She is is also very hard to get in touch with. In fact we've only spoken twice and that was before my surgery. I don't even remember her name. Long story short - I'm not a fan.
Does anyone have a good nut that they work with in the San Diego/south Orange county area? I'd also be willing to work with someone who is out of my area/state if they we're really great and passionate about what they do. Any help is MUCH appreciated.
Thanks!!
