Heading back to ER again, prayers please

Been so sick 3 weeks post op. Can't get fluids down. Woken up vomiting bile, brown mucus and blood thus morning. Vomited yesterday too but not blood. I just want them to find out what's wrong with me. Was sleeved nov 6th. Was doing OK a week or 2 out and started getting sick 6 days ago. Went to ER this past Monday. But they have me some fluids and a cat scan and blood work and didn't find anything except some esophageal swelling. They should have done an EGD. Going to an different ER. Been on straight gatorade for 4 days and getting worse. I should have went in yesterday but didn't want to ruin thanksgiving. Appreciate the prayers. I just want to get well.

Saying more prayers for you right now. Asking God to heal you of this terrible affliction and help the Doctors help you to be well again. How is your wife? Is she with you there in the Hospital? If you were my husband I would be going crazy and raising hell trying to get you the help and care you need. Please don't give up. They should be feeding you intravenously since you can't keep anything down. Fight for your life! You are worth the effort. Asking God to send you love and healing.

Remind me please, do you still have your gallbladder?

I'm so horrified for you. Sending prayers your way. Get well soon.

Worried sick about you @nprcowboy. We're all praying that you are healed from this terrible ordeal very soon. Hugs from Georgia.

Headed back to hospital , still no ideas maybe convert to bypass but because of recent survey may have to wait until early February. I can't make it that long. I'm vomiting like 20 times a day. Dry heaves and bile. The nausea is controlling me 24/7.I've taken pretty much all anti nausea meds. Zofran, Phenagran, reglan, benedryl, scopAlomine patch. Wish someone could help me my prayers have not been answered.

@@nprcowboy, do you still have a gallbladder?

If your doctors have not ordered a HIDA Scan, please inquire about this. If they truly feel that the hiatal hernia is not the problem, they need to rule out your liver, pancreas, gallbladder and biliary ducts as the cause of your continued suffering.

Obviously something is wrong. It CAN be identified, and the problem CAN be solved. I have faith that it will be. I just don't think the right test has been done yet. PLEASE GET A HIDA Scan. INSIST UPON IT. We care about you and are praying for you. ????????

I, like many others, I'm guessing have been following your journey. I got sleeved on November 4th. Besides a few hiccups doing well. My heart goes out to you. I wish there was more we (as BP community) could do. I hope you get some answers soon. Do your best, try to keep your your head up (best you can).

Thanks for sharing your experiences and really hoping things take a turn for the better soon

@@midwestgirl32, indeed. We do feel that way and I continue to pray for his suffering to end and his healing to begin. I am so concerned about his well being.

How are you doing now? I pray fine and they found out what was wrong.

Hey nprcowboy sending thoughts and prayers your way hope a resolution has been been found and that you can get on the way to feeling better asap
