  2. Just doing a check in.. How is everyone doing? I was sleeved the 16th and I am 30lbs down! (Starting firm liquid diet) I hope everyone is well and having a great time
  3. I didn't poop for like 8 days. There isn't much in there Gotta love the honesty of this site! ????
  4. Every single day. Sometimes I still wonder if I did the right thing. Lol I know I did, you just sometimes have those thoughts.
  5. I am doing a lot better, thank you. I'm still healing and sore, but each day gets better and better! The protonix did the trick with the mid epigastric pain I was having, and the other pain is just normal surgical stuff. Ready to get well and start working out!! ???? I'm down 24 lbs total since pre liquid diet and 8 since surgery day ????

  7. How long ago did you have your sleeve? (Merry Christmas)
  8. When I say I passed it, I mean I pooted louder than I have ever EVER pooted! It scared me! Just wait.. ????
  9. That's awesome! I love hearing inspiring stories. So how much wt have you lost this far?
  10. It's hard.. But I am sure we will all succeed!
  11. Umm not really lol!! But I'm getting better each day. I got premier protein so I could get the protein requirements with fewer shakes. They have 30 g each and I can get almost two down now and I get a bottle of water. I had some post op issues so I got some of my fluid from popsicles too. But I don't think I have hit the "suggested amount" yet. It's getting easier though.
  12. I had the surgery at the facility where I am a RN, so I had the doc have them hook me up with some good drugs pre-op for nerves
  13. I was having doubts all the way to the OR. ????
  14. I know that feeling VERY well! It will all be fine. I had my sleeve, a hietal hernia repair, and my gallbladder removed so my surgery was pretty crazy. I'm a week out now and feeling much better.
  15. I was sleeved the 16th so it's still very new to me
  16. Yay!! Congratulations!
  17. My mom made fudge yesterday and my dad is cooking his AMAZING chicken and dressing right now. It's torture! I think I will lick it all so they can't have it either ... LOL! Only kidding
  18. My fellow 16th-er... Have you noticed any weight loss yet? Also what kind of soups have you been eating? I'm getting bored with cream of mushroom cream of chicken and tomato. (Not that I eat more than three bites each)
  19. I was sleeved 16th and I am still eating gas-x like candy
  20. Premier protein for me too! I like all three flavors, but vanilla is my fave.
  21. When will you be sleeved?
  22. The pain is still there so my surgeon started me on protonix daily to see if it would help. He assured me it was just because I had all three surgeries at once. I have found that yogurt and popsicles feel decent and creamed Soup (ie: tomato).. although I can only take a couple bites of each at most. My staples are driving me crazy today. I have 24 on varies areas of my belly/sides and they are itching like CRAZY! Of course it hurts to touch them, so I endure it and keep thinking ... This too shall pass. Hope everyone else is doing well! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
  23. Yes! Be very happy because the pain SUCKS! Lol. Glad you all are doing great though! I hope to get some answers related to this pain tomorrow when I call my surgeon.
