3 weeks post-op, and I've lost 8 (EIGHT!!) inches from my waist since the first day of my pre-op diet.

WOW!! Congratulations!! I did zero measurements before my surgery 3 weeks ago. Now I wish I did. I went out "in public" for the first time yesterday and saw family and people I knew. Lots of "I can see it (the weight loss) in your face" and some "I can see it in your waist" so it must be coming off.

Everyone remarks on my face too...I referred back to a picture pre-op in May when I was already losing a little...now I see what everyone is talking about!

Congratulations that people are starting to notice. I am one of those who lose from the face down. Now that I am over halfway to goal, my figure is like a pencil stuck through a donut. That is in spite of the fact that my waist went from 53" to 43" real quick. That is when I started feeling like this sleeve is really working.
