Please tell me that some of you have hit a slow/stall around week 6. I can't seem to break past 248... I have gone up or down a pound for the past week. I am eating about 500 - 600 calories a day (mostly protein) and exercising about 30 mins daily. The only thing I feel like I could improve on is water intake. I am getting about 40-60 ounces. I want to cry because I have made so many "sacrifices" with food and social events, yet not seeing the rewards. HELP!!!
