I love them. I've read they are good Protein. I know they taste good. At 8 weeks, I could only eat half a bar, now I can finish a whole bar.

They are one of the best tasting protien bars I've tried. The Power Crunch bars are also good, but the Quest bars are higher in Protein and have some Fiber.< /p>

I use the Quest bars as my Protein supplement. Most have at least 20g/bar. I am 7 weeks out and I can eat about 1/2 bar at a time. Usually eat a strawberry one in the am, and then finish it up in the evening as a post supper (desert) when my husband is eating his nutty buddy. lol

They are great source of Protein and fiber. They help the sugar craving. Only 1 gram of sugar.

Quest BARS: I love them. I eat a half at a time, but usually have 1 whole bar a day. I have been ordering them direct from Quest. I like white chocolate/raspberry, cookie dough, coconut/cashew. Peanut Butter is good. This month I'm getting brownie and a new box of white chocolate. They are great for on the go. I keep in my purse.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
