500 calories at 3 weeks out sounds about right. Stalls are common at around 3-4 weeks. Hang in there, follow the plan and you should start losing very soon again.

Most people have a "stall" at about that time post-op. Just keep following the program and your weight loss will pick back up again.

I am three weeks post op and eat 1 cup of cottage cheese, 2oz cheddar cheese and 1-2 protein shakes a day. Am I eating too much? It averages about 500 calories. My weight is at a stand still. I appreciate any feedback.
