I was sleeved Oct 1... I'm eating yogurt.. Fat free sugar free pudding.. Soups.. I have my Protein Shake in morning blended with strawberries and ice ...

Next week I start real food

I am having the broth from chicken noodle... Broth from beef barley.. But from the Campbell's chunky soups... Broth only...

If you have your Protein shakes.. Have some broth at lunch.. A little and some shake

It is amazing how different the doctors are! I think I will try broth for a meal. Just can't do 4 shakes a day.

I also have sugar free jello

Sounds good. SF pudding also? How about SF fudge bars?
