  1. I just started it, just finished day 2. Yesterday was hard but today a lot easier, already seeing the scale move down

  3. Popsicles lol but sugar free ones. I had got to a point where I hated water and sick of crystal light. But I loved Popsicles.

  5. I think winter months are the hardest to lose weight with or without the sleeve. It's cold dark and depressing. Have u tried joining a gym? I find if I make myself go a few days a week I feel a little better. I've been at a stall for awhile and trying to get back to basics, adding protein shakes and lowering my food intake. Good luck, they weren't kidding when they said it's not the easy way out
  6. I've been having activia everyday, that seems to be helping

  14. I think everyone freaks out before surgery. You think of all the bad things that can happen. Try and concentrate on all the good thats coming out of it. I dont regret my sleeve for 1 second. At first it was hard and i had some doubts about did i do the right thing but yes i did. Youll b ok try and think positive

  19. I was.in.and out of the hospital too with dehydration. Even now 6months post op i have to force myself to drink. Before surgery i used to drink a ton of water but now nothing appeals to me. The unjury powder is excellent to add in your drinks. Apple juice seemed to b the only thing i liked so i added it to that. Good luck and dont forget to talk to your nutritionist, they usually have good ideas
