  1. Alex, surgery went well, I am 2 weeks out feeling good. Have only lost 12 lbs. Looking forward to a smaller size.
  2. I am 2 wks out and gained 1/2 pound this morning. I know I am due to start my period in 4 days, so pretty sure that's where the extra weight is coming from. I have only lost 12 lbs is this normal?

  5. I am having a mini gastric bypass next week October the first. I am on my 2 week liquid diet and am having leg cramps terribly. My hips and legs are aching I cannot hardly sit still, any suggestions?
  6. I am scheduled for Oct 1st. I am 5'2" 193 hoping to get to 130.
  7. My surgery is scheduled for October 1st, so excited!!
