Maggie07, are you trying different kinds of protein shakes to give you a variety??

Yes I have mint chocolate chip, chocolate and vanilla. Just tired of sweet shakes and ready for something else!

New Whey makes some liquid protein that comes in a 3.8 oz bottle and comes in different flavors that you can add to your water.

From Perryville, MD, will be sleeved either 10/21 or 10/28

Glad to see my fellow October sleevers on the post-op side! I'm 1 week post op as of yesterday, I'm down 18 lbs from my highest weight of 267. My surgery was on 10-07-14. Since last week I've lost 8 lbs!! I'm so happy guys, I'm kinda in disbelief.

I returned to work today, I'm feeling really great. Keeping my liquids with me at all times :). I'm hope everyone else is doing great.
