I'm Still Around-LOL

Hello Everyone...although I apparently am fallen apart I am still around. Been exercising at the pool when my job and my hip allows me too. Am really slowed down on losing...upsetting-but am managing!!! Have yet another fill today...wondering if this will really ever work...but then I think to myself lately you are your own worse enemy, not the food!!! Attitude is everything and lately my everything isn't so great...so I need a fixer uppers from my friends here on the Lap Band page. Hope you all are doing well...reading alot of the post an apparently you all are really doing well!!! I hope to check in again sometime soon...take care and God bless Everyone!
