Website for tracking food/protein

I just crossed over to the "banded" world yesterday. I have a question.. Can someone tell me how they track their food/protein intake besides the old fashion way of writing it down?

I was wondering if anyone used my fitness pal?

I use myfitness pal you can add me for support, Chris10_9817 is my user name. You can go in and change your goals, my sister did that for me. I use it daily. Good luck to you and welcome to the banded world!

YES! I LOVE my Fitbit! I recommend it to EVERYONE!

I use sparkpeople.com it has more to offer then myfitnesspal. I have used that program for a long time
