Hi! I've been fat my entire life - since the time I was a baby. Food equaled love in my house growing up.
I previously considered the gastric sleeve and then chickened out (five years ago).
Major weight losses along the way include WW, LC, and Paleo. My husband and I did LC for several years and maintained a moderate weight loss on that.
I'm now the heaviest I've ever been and I need help.
