Many people have trouble with chicken. Fibrous? Or so yummy it doesn't get chewed enough? We eat a lot of chicken and I cook mostly with boneless skinless thighs in curries and other kinds of veg-based sauces. Every one is different for what foods work well for them. I can kind of tell right away. And I have spit food out before. Buck, buck, buck........

I cant eat chicken breast no matter how its cooked, baked, bbq, roasted, it doesnt matter, it wont go down. So I switched to chicken thighs and wings with no problems. Yes the thighs mays have a bit more fat on them, but I need the protein, so I just dont worry about the little bit of extra fat I might get.

I don't have too much problem with chicken or actually any meat. Though with my last fill I am having trouple with canned tuna with mayo. Didn't have a problem before now gets stuck everytime

In the same case of no more chicken breasts for me. Except in soup. Thighs work for me. Who knew? Learn new ways. That is what my band teaches me.
