How many oz of liquids should we try to get everyday? And do protien shakes count in that total or is it a certain amount of water plus whatever protien shakes Ontop of that

I was told protein shakes do not count towards water totals...Vitamin water or G2 does though.

In my manual it also says protein shakes are counted in with the 64 oz a day goal.
