I'm four days post op and have had a lot of stomach gurgling and growling. It almost feels like hunger! Anyone else have this?

I'm 6 1/2 months post-op and my tummy still gurgles and growls louder than it ever did before if I get really hungry. It mostly happens when I'm at work and have breakfast at 6 or 7 am and then don't

I had lap band surgery on the 20th of June and yes, within a couple of days I felt normal and do get hungry, every day. lol

yep..all through the liquid stage I was starving...mushies, it got better..still gurgled a bit. I had some serious hunger pains the first week. It gets better as you are able to get more down.

Lol thanks! I'm on full liquids as of today and it has gotten a little better. But I've still got some crazy noises going on!

It mostly happens when I'm at work and have breakfast at 6 or 7 am and then don't have time to eat lunch until 2 pm. It's well worth it though. My band has helped me lose 113 lbs so far so I'll deal with some gurgling and growling from time to time! :)

Congrats on your loss! It is well worth it, so i could deal with the gurgling

LOL! I sure gurgle a lot since surgery...

And, with a high Protein diet you can end up a bit gassy at times.

I burp a lot more than I used to...in fact, I think my "soft stop" is a burp...lol. We are a noisy bunch now, aren't we?

Sitting here reading these stories giggling thinking how every time I see someone out burping a lot I will think wonder of they are a lapbander???
