Indeed it is just a stall, and one that quite commonly occurs at this time. Here is a great article explaining the physiology of what's happening now - http://www.dsfacts.com/weight-loss-stall-or-pl

I was sleeved on 6/10. I hit a stall in my second week, came here for comfort. This is a normal occurrence as so many people have expressed. Please do not feel stress and try to enjoy this as much

I had my surgery June 6th and lost 14lbs the first week but since then NOTHING! I had a check up with my Dr. the other day and I told him I was concerned and he shrugged his shoulders and said "it'll pass" which was sooooo not helpful! Then he said to make an apt with the NUT and left! I can't get in with her until the 16th! I have no idea what to do, do I eat more? Do I eat less? I felt like I wasn't eating enough so I made an effort to up my calories and intake but still nothing! I got a FITBIT traker and it says I should be eating WAY MORE and I physically cannot. Then my husband is driving me nuts telling me to exercise and I'll feel better but according to my FITBIT I'm exercising too much for the small amount of food I'm eating! My FITBIT says I should be eating almost 2,000 calories and I'm barely at 1,000 and even that seems high based on what I've read on here from other people eating 600-800 calories! DO I SOUND STRESSED!!!! I feel like a failure and that I'm going to always be FAT! BTW I'm eating all the right things based on what my Dr gave me as an eating plan which also adds to my frustration because I feel like I'm following everything he said to do and not seeing any results! Thanks for any advice you may have~
