Having your saline removed can be a difficult ride. If there's no restriction or satiety, you're basically on a diet. Find a diet that works for you for the next 2 months? And stop buying rubbish?

Thank you both very much for your response to my crazy rant! Maybe I should give more detail, I don't actually purchase any rubbish, I know if I don't have it in the house I can't be tempted to eat
I am 7 years post op and just found out today that my band recently slipped (minor slippage with no esophageal issues) so they've removed all the liquid from my band and told me I can't start getting filled again for two months to allow the band to try to correct itself. I'm frustrated because at 7 years post op I have lost 70 pounds, gained 40 back (totally my own fault) and lost it again (doubly frustrating, I could be 40 pounds lighter than I am now!)
I'm at a loss, I don't know what to do with myself, it's frustrating and depressing because I feel like I'm only sabotaging myself but at the same time I also feel like I'm not losing as much as I could be losing even with not making great eating choices. I need some support and someone to keep me in line and keep me motivated. And someone to tell me what to do! How do I break these cravings and stop stuffing my face with RUBBISH?!
I'm also concerned that now that the band is empty I will gain more weight.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated
