Does anyone have Instagram I'm always looking for fellow banners or any weightloss surgery friends to follow! My user name is samjomomma

That way we can see each other's progress, I don't post a lot about my surgery but every day life usually

    Yes! I do a mix of lap-band/exercise and just normal everyday life. I think I would get burnt out on it if it was all about wls.

    I'm chpease on Instagram and I'm from Tulsa. I think we had the same surgeon - Dr. Atkins! I requested to follow you. I don't get on there too often, but will follow everyone on this post to get some inspiration too. :)
