  15. only you can make this decision alone. gain as much information from professionals. you will soon see that this procedure is safe and effective for many many people. sounds extremely cliche .. but the choice is yours!!
  16. fluids as much as possible. if it does not subside .. have your iron levels checked! you may need to double up on iron supplements if needed.
  17. I am about 8wks out. im down 38lbs and have been at the same weight for about 2 weeks now. I know I have lost a lot for only being less than 2 months out of surgery but I agree, a stall at any time can be frustraing. I follow my nutrition plan to the tee and work out 3 to 5 times a week. I decided to go back to basics and read over my materials I was given before surgery and also take a look at what im consuming. I realized im consuming too much sodium and not enough water to flush the sodium. Im hoping decreasing the amount of sodium in my diet and increasing the amount of water per day will help me get over this hump. I know this stall will let up! we just have to give it time and stay P O S I T I V E
