I was getting questioned in inboxes why I had surgery so I finally just posted that yea I had gastric I'm not ashamed I'm proud I was scared but I'm glad I did it I will now be adding my progress on instagram as I have nothing to hide @itskariduh let's be friends

So I have been out for a month and and a week and have only lost maybe about 30 pounds I feel like I haven't lost anything and it gets me down to not see a change does or did anyone else feel the sane way? Instagram @Itskariduh

She told me to wash it and keep them dry and I have the rest are healing really good this one just started to have that liquid come out I have an appointment to see my Dr on Tuesday so they will see them

Hi im karina 22 instagram itskariduh, One of my incisions is slow at healing and leaking like a clear is orange liquid I'm post op 3 weeks today had my first sickness with tofu will stay away for good anyways any tips to help my incision heal faster

Started my diet today surgery on Thursday and omg I feel so light headed what did you guys eat for the liquid diet before surgery is yogurt okay or pudding
