2. When setting your goal, keep in mind that this challenge is only 4 weeks long (5 weigh-ins).
3. Weigh in every Friday and post your updates here.

Note for you non-USA folks...even though it is not your country's Independence Day, it is definitely your country's "Fourth of July" (I mean, it's the 4th of July everywhere, right?!?) CW 252 for my weekly weigh in on 6/12 down 5lbs from last week!

GW 245 we will see!! Keeping fingers crossed!

GW: 205 - may not happen but I'm going to try,

248.6...let's keep this train moving! How does everyone stay positive positive when they have so much more to go?

212.0 just a loss of .8 but I will take it. It is still a loss kind of puts me behind on goal. This was not a stall it was getting off plan last weekend.
