  1. 165 today! That's a total of 75lbs lost.
  2. You know, I'm right there with you. That was one of the reasons I resisted this surgery in the past, I want a guy to like me for you I am and not my amazingly killer body (Hey, I will have one eventually) I'm not currently dating someone but I do have a potential guy who likes me for who I am and doesn't care about my weight.
  3. not sure I'll be able to post on friday so posting now. starting weight 170. Goal weight: I'm going to try for 150 by new years. Little lofty but I can come close at least.
  4. I'm 4 foot 9 and 3/4ths of an inch. Yay for other shorties. I'm losing on average about 2-3 lbs a week. 5 months out, 68 lbs gone.
  5. alright, I'm in for another challange. I'm determined to make this one a good one. Will post sw and goal on the 7th.

  9. I can't say for sure, but I think you are right and it's related to not going to the bathroom. Honestly? I would try a laxative to see if that helps.
  10. been busy, didn't have time to post yesterday. 178 currently.
  11. Tylenol extra strength on my days off, unfortunately when at work, It's heating pads only (I work nights and pain meds make me drowsy)
  12. Water, water, water. Keep drinking it. IF you are full from water you won't snack. (well, it helps me at least)
  13. Thrift shops are great for clothes (be choosy and wash before wear). It's low price so I don't feel bad for wearing for only a few months.
  14. sigh. losing/gaining at the moment. I'm at 182 today (was 181 but double check puts it at 182)
  15. 4'9, would love to be a six 6 (or 4 at the lowest) in pants. size 6/8 in dress.
  16. 184 again this week. Might be a stall, or it could be body adjusting to weight loss.
  17. SW 187. goal weight: 175. Current weight, 184, =) 3 lbs this week,
  18. starting weight: 187. Goal - I'm going for 175 or 13 lbs.
  19. My surgeon said I can count anything that didn't have caffeine as water. The important part is hydration.
  20. forgot to weigh in last week but for the final weigh in. ---- 187.
  21. I can somewhat relate. I was sleeved almost 3 months ago. I was let go from the hospital after a day but struggled to keep "food" in (Water only the first few days). My problem was a combination of swelling and pain meds making me nauseous. The dr prescribed a steroid to reduce swelling but the water only stayed down when I stopped taking the pain meds (err switched to over the counter Tylenol actually)
  22. will be joining, will post sw and goal w after the labor day challenge ends,
