'Normal BMI'

I FINALLY made it!! Today I sit at a 'normal' BMI, not over weight, not obese, no longer morbidly obese. Sure, it's just a number, but wow, it feels great to be able to continue to hit benchmarks along this journey!! I am 17 months out and still losing. Slow but steady wins the race, and I am DEFINATELY going to win this one!! ;)

That is fantastic! I loved hitting the "overweight" benchmark. Seeing anything that terms me "normal" will be a cool validation! Good work! :)

Oh wow! So awesome!!! I'm a little jealous! lol

Good job! It is an important milestone and you deserve to celebrate :)

That is so freaking awesome! !! Have a protein shake to celebrate! Lol

That is so wonderful. I am 2 pounds away from the normal bmi. So can't wait to be there just like you. Congrates

Don't you love it? To achieve that healthy number, though subjective sometimes, is awesome! Most of, or all, had was to become healthy and to have a healthy BMI makes me feel truly successful even if I struggle sometimes to maintain and eat as heathy as I should.

Yay for you! !!
